Jodie Baker
Jodie Baker is an innovator, entrepreneur and business builder and advocate of LegalTech. Jodie has a background as an in-house lawyer and financial analyst, was the architect, founder and MD of Hive Legal and is the immediate past-Chair of the Australian Legal Technology Association.
Anne is an experienced lawyer and entrepreneur, with a celebrated litigation career spanning more than 20 years. Anne brings to Xakia her passion for organization and efficiency, which translates to her heightened understanding of the needs of clients to achieve greater visibility and control over their legal function.
Brett Graves is a highly experienced software developer, architect, consultant and CTO. He has broad experience with a career spanning Media, Ecommerce, Insurance and start-ups building solutions for enterprises and consumers alike using a broad range of technologies.
Richard brings extensive in-house and private practice legal experience to the Xakia team, including as Group General Counsel & Company Secretary at ASX-listed Blackmores Limited and a number of legal and company secretarial roles at Coca-Cola Amatil Limited.

Head of Sales, APAC
Paul Wyatt
As Head of Sales APAC, Paul is responsible for driving sales with a focus on growing Xakia’s in-house counsel client user base and managing the company’s Asia Pacific partner channel. Paul brings to the position a successful track record of more than 25 years in the legal technology sector in the APAC and UK regions.
Dan is a LegalTech veteran and leads Xakia Technologies sales and strategic development across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Having spent decades assisting law firms and building LegalTech that streamlines workflows and increases operational efficiencies and profitability, Dan now helps General Counsel and in-house legal teams in driving forward the same with Xakia.
Brandon draws upon a decade of experience in helping legal teams use technology to optimize their efficiency and impact. He is a creative, right-brained thinker by nature, but balances his approach to legal tech solutions by using the critical thinking skills he refined while obtaining his law degree. Brandon is passionate about building meaningful client relationships and loves using tech to help solve problems (almost as much as he loves music).
Natalie is the Head of Customer Success, ensuring clients are provided with a first class experience in choosing and continuing to develop their use of Xakia.
Jillian became involved in the legal field and Xakia because of her passion for helping people. She enjoys assisting clients with continued development and helping problem solve client pain points.
Ujjwal, a tech-savvy cybersecurity specialist, has always been drawn to the fast-paced world of startups. As our Information Security and Compliance Officer, Ujjwal is dedicated to fortifying our security framework and ensuring regulatory adherence. Her passion for driving positive change and her strategic approach make her a key asset in safeguarding Xakia’s growth and resilience.
